Safety - Project specific and task specific safety plans implemented during daily toolbox talks by OSHA 30 certified crew leads.
Planning/Sequencing - Install crew leads & FMG project managers prepare strategic task planning and sequencing to ensure efficient execution.
First Article Inspection - Inspection by FMG project manager for each product type to reinforce safety and sequencing plans as well as establish quality standards. First article inspections are a prerequisite to proceeding with full scale installation.
Execution - Utilizing plans, practices, and standards established in the items above, full scale execution proceeds.
Quality Control & Punch - Following completion of installation FMG project manager to inspect installed work and create FMG punch list to facilitate final completion and punch out.
